Hi everyone!
We spent some time on the afternoon of Christmas Eve baking up some yummy cream cheese sugar cookies, short breads and tiny mini cheese cakes. Our kitchen smelled so good! My favorite was the cream cheese sugar cookies, a new recipe we tried this year. The dough was absolutely perfect, a dream to work with and now saved in our "favorites" file. I would have never thought of using cream cheese in a sugar cookie recipe but it worked very well.
